Job description

Assist the Project Manager in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, including but not limited to local council approvals (such as Development Order, Building Plan, Infrastructure plans), utilities service providers (TNB, AIS, IWK, TM, etc.), and strata-related matters for stratified developments.

Support the overall planning and implementation of construction and property development activities.

Assist the Project Manager in planning, design, management, monitoring, and controlling activities from pre-development to post-development stages to ensure standards of quality, cost, and time are met.

Review designs from all aspects—architectural, M&E, C&S, ID—to ensure alignment with stakeholders’ interests.

Help manage contractors and suppliers to ensure construction progress is ahead of schedule.

Attend site meetings and maintain effective communication with authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers involved in property development and construction.

Ensure timely development of projects, including mockups and fit-out works, for sales launch.

Assist in ensuring project development proceeds smoothly and is completed within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Implement policies, procedures, and work instructions as per the Company’s Quality Management System.

Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

Have 3 to 6 years of experience with property developers and consultants.

Prefer candidates with experience managing construction of high-rise and landed properties.

Experience in delivering at least one project from pre-planning to post-construction is an advantage.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office is beneficial.

Exposure to ISO 9001 planning and implementation, and Qlassic, is preferred.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.

Willing to travel to sites.
