Associate – Project Sales (Based in Butterworth)

As a Project Sales Associate, you are required to be self-motivated to expand Nippon Paint’s market share through sourcing of new market leads. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate extensively with various stakeholders both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.

Below is a synopsis of your job functions:

  1. Establishing new accounts, building and maintaining good relationships with painting and waterproofing contractors.
  2. Planning and executing regular visits to construction sites, building relationships with contractors and painters besides supplying paints to the projects.
  3. Liaising with specifiers (architects, QS, and developers) and painting contractors on the company’s product specifications.
  4. Carrying out site inspections and proposing relevant solutions in response to customer complaints.
  5. Handling timely collection by monitoring debtor aging to reduce days outstanding and providing solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
