Job description

Qualifications
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills
  • Aggressive and fast learner
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in relevant fields
  • Good attitude and responsible character
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily transactions of AP, AR, journal entries, payments, etc.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, D.O, invoices
  • Input data into internal databases
  • Handle a full set of accounts
  • Participate in day-to-day accounting operations
  • Maintain accounting records in compliance with standards
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Submit P&L statements, balance sheets, and schedules timely and accurately
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Prepare audit and statutory financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, inventory listings, notes to accounts, and reconciliations
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, government bodies, and other professionals
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
