Your new role
The Digital Manager (Web Ops & SEO) is responsible for planning, implementing & managing our SEO strategy, ensuring that the Hays’ Asia region websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up to date. You will work closely with our Marketing and Regional BI team to oversee the optimisation of our online content and advertising to increase profitability. You should also have a strong understanding of website analytics and be able to use this data to make informed decisions about website improvements.
You will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website. You will be a close collaborator working with different stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT teams and support onboarding of new projects and ongoing platform enhancement or operations.
