Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Logistics Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement long-term logistics strategies that align with the company’s global business objectives.
- Operational Support & Escalation Management:
- Support regional teams and ensure continuity of service through robust process design and continuous improvement.
- Own and resolve critical logistics escalations promptly, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to minimize disruptions.
- Performance Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance logistics service performance, focusing on cost, quality, and on-time delivery (OTD).
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize logistics processes.
- Vendor and Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle complex customer or partner issues with urgency, providing effective resolutions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring collaboration and performance.
- Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key logistics vendors to align with business goals, costs, and service expectations.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams such as Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and Procurement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality within logistics.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments involved in logistics.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance, cost savings, and improvements.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, especially in global operations.
- Proven success in developing and executing logistics strategies that improve costs, quality, and delivery.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
