To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:
  1. Assist with materials and production functions by planning, scheduling, coordinating, and approving product releases in the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
  2. Verify the feasibility of order fulfillment based on available resources such as materials, personnel, and equipment, and confirm the order.
  3. Prepare production plans, input planning data into the company's integrated computer system, and notify the purchasing team.
  4. Monitor and control plan implementation, taking necessary actions in case of deviations.
  5. Develop long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
  6. Monitor system accuracy daily/weekly, including general item data, routing, BOM, CFT data, non-consumed demand, and planned work orders.
  7. Prepare 'Clean to Build' reports, check material availability, replan if necessary, inform the order desk, and trace ECO implementation.
  8. Monitor stock levels, handle stock discrepancies.
  9. Generate management and CFT-specific reports, monitor KPIs.
  10. Assist or substitute for SCM and the order desk within the CFT as needed.
  11. Advise non-exempt associates on daily customer request priorities.
  12. Proactively address issues affecting performance metrics such as ship date, lead-time, response time, and inventory levels.
  13. Coordinate and manage high-visibility or critical customer programs, including initial startup initiatives or large projects.
  14. Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to manage product lifecycle and related material availability issues.
  15. Drive process improvements within and outside the Order Management area.
  16. Provide input to management, reschedule, and interface with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to handle design changes, shortages, backlogs, and other schedule disruptions.
  17. Represent Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.
  18. Support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling activities.
Required Experience:
  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
