Functional Accountabilities:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)

  • Processing employee data entry into SAP for personal details, including new hires, transfers, and terminations

Time & Attendance (T&A)

  • Managing employee leave and overtime data entry and processing in SAP and Excel

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Analyzing and maintaining employee compensation data in Workday and SAP, including incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, and bonuses

Payroll Administration

  • Running payroll via SAP system
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports with PDA and T&A data to ensure accurate monthly salary calculations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, such as HR Generalist or HR Services, is preferred
  • Experience with SAP or Workday is an advantage
  • Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang
