Job Description
  1. Prepare master maintenance and calibration schedules, perform predictive and preventive maintenance. Guide and work closely with Production Engineers to carry out autonomous maintenance at production lines.
  2. Carry out modifications, troubleshooting, or diagnosing faults on machines and equipment.
  3. Attend promptly to process equipment and machinery failures for investigation and corrective action to ensure quick restoration of normal plant production.
  4. Supervise engineering and technical staff to support work optimization and ensure maintenance is maintained properly.
  5. Manage all contractors for defect rectification and warranty claims to ensure compliance with requirements.
  6. Prepare and track all defects, expedite corrective action plans, and report timely.
  7. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to negotiate parts and services at the lowest possible costs without compromising quality assurance.
  8. Maintain statistical and financial records for regular reporting and updates.
  9. Prepare and monitor shift schedules for adequate manpower planning and cost control.
  10. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety legislation compliance.
  11. Implement and promote maintenance procedures and working standards to support employee development and growth.
  12. Manage and control stocks of supplies and equipment efficiently.
  13. Update and file all maintenance records accurately.
  14. Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Prefer candidates with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
