Job description

1. Understand MRP and be proficient in SAP system operation.
2. Strong data concepts, analysis abilities, and excellent coordination and communication skills.
3. Proficient in computer operation, Microsoft Excel, and office software.
4. Experience in production management or plan management.

Job responsibilities：

1. Participate in order review, evaluate, and respond to delivery dates based on man, machine, material, method, and environment.
2. Conduct capacity analysis and formulate 13-week production plans.
3. Integrate production orders, manpower needs, and coordinate reasonable arrangements to balance production.
4. Control work-in-progress inventory, reduce inventory levels, and minimize backlog of goods.
5. Monitor production progress, coordinate, and resolve abnormal issues to ensure targets are met.
6. Prepare reports on plan achievement rates, analyze reasons for shortfalls, and promote continuous improvement within the responsible department.
7. Promote lean production practices and reduce cost per unit.
8. Lead the annual inventory count activity for the business unit.
