We are seeking a talented IT Technical Support professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting to our employees and clients within the Sarawak region. As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to and resolve a wide range of technical support requests from users in a timely and professional manner
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
  3. Provide end-user training and support on the use of various software applications and IT systems
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all support activities and resolutions
  5. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements and new technologies
  6. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT technical support role, ideally within the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
