Job Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary Package: RM8,000-RM13,000 (depending on experience)

Working Day: 5 Days

Working Hour: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Scope: To manage the sales execution and administration of development projects

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Marketing Management
    • Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of the development projects, ensuring timely execution and meeting sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to drive project sales and meet company targets.
  2. Sales Team Management
    • Manage recruitment, training, guidance, and operations of the sales team to ensure efficient performance.
    • Regularly assess team performance, provide feedback, and support to meet targets.
  3. Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure project competitiveness.
    • Develop and adjust pricing strategies based on market feedback.
  4. Client Relationship Management & Promotion
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and enhance brand image.
    • Organize promotional activities such as advertising, PR, and events.
  5. Sales Reporting & Progress Tracking
    • Report sales progress and team performance regularly to management.
    • Analyze sales data and suggest optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry.
