About the role

CENGILD G.I. MEDICAL CENTRE is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Operating Theatre (OT), Ward, and Outpatient Department (OPD).

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care protocols and procedures.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Actively participating in continuous professional development to enhance your nursing knowledge and skills.

What we're looking for

• A registered nurse with a valid Practicing Certificate from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to nursing care.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
