Job Description:

1. Handle SPA from initial stage to completion, including loan documentation, perfections, and auction cases;
2. Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and other involved parties;
3. Maintain and update file statuses in a timely manner;
4. Assist with any other ad hoc duties as assigned;
5. Legal Representation: Provide comprehensive legal support to developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in real estate projects. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, and advising on legal risks and liabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in conveyancing/Subsale;
