Industrial Engineering Senior Staff Engineer

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

• Perform capacity planning, lead capacity ramp, and new product capacity enabling. Generate and execute CER.
• Generate data reporting and analysis to identify cycle time risks and opportunities.
• Drive data driven continuous improvement projects for capex avoidance, capital efficiency, man efficiency.
• Perform scenario analysis for strategic business planning.
• Govern SEMI E10/ TR25 standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering related.
• gt; 5 years experience in industrial engineering and planning in semiconductor high volume manufacturing.
• Professional knowledge inIndustrial engineering methodologies, Lean Manufacturing.
• 1 - 2 years experience in IT / Automation are also encouraged to Apply
