Maintain and support the operational domains of IT infrastructure, databases, clouds, and data centres.

The Role:

Manage resolution of IT operational issues.

Manage and support on-prem systems, cloud systems (AWS and Azure) and IT Services such as M365.

Manage and deploy system patches, upgrades and enhancements.

Manage backup and recovery systems.

Monitor and maintain backup jobs to ensure data integrity and availability.

Manage and implement IT infrastructure-related projects.

Configure and implement IT infrastructure based on cross-functional IT project requirements.

Perform service monitoring and reporting.

Develop and maintain technical procedure and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent

• Entry level to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as Manage Engine, would be an advantage.
