Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and strategies to grow accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and achieve targets.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales, and trends.
    • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Coordinate logistics and resources to meet client demands and expectations.
    • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Budget and Forecast Management:
    • Manage budgets and forecasts for key accounts.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a key account or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
