Job description

The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and making sure they have everything they need.

A typical day at Regus
  1. Arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to ensure everything is ready and check that the cleaners have missed nothing.
  2. Assist customers with various needs: provide WiFi codes, check on packages, give directions, set up projectors, and take drink orders.
  3. Sort mail and handle customer requests, including updating customers about their packages.
  4. Meet with the Community Manager to plan upcoming events, send invitations, and prepare promotional materials.
  5. Manage the closing procedures: coordinate the end of meetings, direct customers to nearby restaurants, and ensure the centre is tidy before leaving.
About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build strong relationships and empathize with customers’ needs.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
  • Confident in using MS Office and basic IT packages.
