Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving country medical activities aligned with regional initiatives and the Global Medical Plan.
  2. Managing medical scientific stakeholders and creating value for patients through engagement, projects, and communications.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with KOLs and scientific experts.
  4. Preparing and delivering scientific communications.
  5. Supporting local medical tactics and providing input to HQ/regional plans.
  6. Organizing scientific advisory boards.
  7. Contributing to medical scientific activities regionally and locally.
  8. Providing feedback to HQ on business development and medical programs.
  9. Coordinating Investigator Sponsored Studies and medical information inquiries.
  10. Representing Sobi at conferences and forums.
  11. Maintaining relationships with scientific societies and decision-makers.
  12. Advising on medical and legal matters.
  13. Staying updated on therapeutic trends.

Qualifications include a university degree in medical/science or relevant field, with 3+ years of experience in medical environments such as MSL or Medical Advisor roles. Experience in medical affairs, clinical science, or related areas, with knowledge of healthcare systems, KOL management, and industry standards. Fluency in English and German is required.
