Job description

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Help manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure governance and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity.

Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations in procurement activities.

Analyze market trends, pricing data, and monitor supplier performance.

Support the purchasing manager in overseeing the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement.

Evaluate vendors and suppliers to identify the best options based on quality, price, delivery time, and service.

Assist the purchasing manager in overseeing the procure-to-pay processes.
