Senior Manager, Agency Planning & Sales Operations

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Agency Planning, Performance Management & Sales Operations

Oversee day-to-day agency sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Create comprehensive sales activity plans aligned with company objectives and market conditions. Develop, implement, and review agency business planning processes to stay aligned with market trends and company goals. Establish monitoring systems to track agency performance periodically, providing insights into market competitiveness. Analyze agency sales performance to inform management decisions and drive strategic actions. Collaborate with Regional Heads, Agency Growth teams, and agency leaders to lead sales operations, ensuring follow-through on all sales activities and launches, and tracking the execution of sales strategies. Develop and improve sales tracker tools for timely and accurate reporting. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform planning and sales operations. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Deliverables include:

  • Timely completion and review of business planning initiatives
  • Identification of implementation gaps and development of solutions
  • Achievement of Agency KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales management within the insurance industry.
