About the role

This is a full-time role at Pinnacle Homes Groups of Companies, a leading property development company based nationwide. As a Company Driver cum Office Dispatch, you will be responsible for safely transporting company personnel and materials, as well as assisting with various office-based tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Driving company vehicles to transport Top Management, staff, clients, guests, and materials to various locations in a comfortable and safe manner.
• Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicles. Perform daily, pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, clean, and safe.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle's exterior and interior, e.g., washing and vacuuming periodically.
• Keeping service records, carrying out general maintenance, and delivering vehicles to workshops when necessary.
• Assisting with the delivery of documents, packages, and other materials.
• Willing to work irregular, flexible days and hours, including weekends, public holidays, and midnight shifts if required.
• Providing support with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and running errands.
• Maintaining accurate trip logs and vehicle records.
• Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure passenger and cargo safety.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

What we're looking for

• A valid Malaysian driver's license with at least 3 years of experience in driving light vehicles. Experience as a Personal/Company Chauffeur is an advantage.
• Excellent driving skills with a proven safety record.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle various tasks.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
• Possess at least SPM qualification.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malay (spoken and written).
• Own a valid Malaysia driving license (B2 and D).
• Good attitude, punctuality, responsibility, discipline, health, and good time management.
• Working location: Jelutong, Penang.
• Familiarity with routes in Penang and major navigation apps (Waze/Google Maps).
• Own a motorbike.
