About the department
The Legal Compliance & Quality department is dedicated to ensuring that Novo Nordisk operates ethically and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. Our team provides legal counsel and support across various areas, including corporate law, transactions, compliance, and intellectual property. We are committed to protecting and leveraging the organisation’s key assets and interests. You will join the Malaysia affiliate Legal & Compliance (L&C) department and report directly to the Legal, Compliance & Quality Director. This role is based in Malaysia.
The position
In this role, you will act as the Malaysia Legal and Compliance Counsel working with the Legal, Compliance, and Quality Director to advise the Malaysia affiliate on legal issues concerning its business and also to ensure an effective compliance program and a robust compliance culture across the company which focuses on prevention, detection (monitoring and reporting mechanisms) and response.
