Job description

Flexmodus Sdn Bhd is a full turnkey contract manufacturer established in 2007, with facilities located in Selangor and Melaka. We provide solutions ranging from Cable Harness, Electro-Mechanical module assembly, Panel & Box build assembly, to System Integration.

Our strong support from business partners in PCBA, sheet metal, and precision engineering enables us to deliver comprehensive and reliable contract manufacturing services. Our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team extends services to Inventory Management, KANBAN, Full Kitting, and Consignment Services for our customers. Our business model focuses on high mix, low to medium volume orders.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform tasks related to the assembly process as assigned by the production manager.
2. Participate in IPC training provided by engineers.
3. Be committed, dependable, and quick to learn.
4. Perform assembly, setup, and installation according to specifications/drawings.
5. Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times.
6. Participate in continuous improvement of the assembly process.
7. Perform 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
