The P2P Senior Analyst (German Speaker) manages and processes invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. Based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, reporting to the Team Manager within the Beckman Coulter operating company, part of the Center for Financial Services (CFS).

In this role, you will:

1. Oversee and manage Accounts Payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and matching invoices with purchase orders.
2. Handle email queries and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
3. Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
4. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
5. Contribute to the development and refinement of Accounts Payable procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The essential requirements include:

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-6 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and oral).
• Working hours: 12 pm – 9 pm MYT (supporting EMEA region).
