Summary

As a member of the Quality team, this position is expected to perform in a unified, coordinated team effort under the supervision of the Supplier Quality Engineering Manager. The role involves selecting excellent suppliers, establishing partnerships, ensuring compliance, and improving the quality of supplied materials, specifically supporting the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry. The position requires interaction with supplier management, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and other personnel to enhance processes impacting supplied materials.

Responsibilities

1. Performs Supplier Qualification and Assessment Audits

• Conducts supplier qualification to Celestica & customer standards, including audits of new and existing suppliers.
• Supports site teams with customer and third-party audits, ensuring conformance to QMS.
• Qualifies supplier production processes and work instructions.
