Job Description:
  • Plan and execute purchasing activities related to spare parts, tools, products, or services as needed.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in lead times, order sizes, cost reductions, and product quality from suppliers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms in quality, price, delivery, and service.
  • Maintain accurate and updated purchasing records and pricing data in the system.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement procedures and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery and review the quality of purchased products.
  • Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders accordingly, coordinating with warehouse staff for proper storage.
  • Execute all regular purchasing duties efficiently and maintain procurement records.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience in the construction field.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors.
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of creating financial reports and conducting cost analyses.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is preferred for communication with Chinese counterparts.
  • Remuneration packages include allowances.
