An established industry player seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and operational efficiency of a prestigious hotel. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in hospitality management, ensuring that both guest and employee expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least two years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
