Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Cards receivables campaigns to achieve business and financial goals.
  • Support sales channels for acquisition of receivables products (external telesales, branches and M2U/MAE app).
  • Request for leads from the Customer Analytics and Insight (CAI) for telesales teams to contact customers to acquire Balance Transfer and Cash Treats.
  • Conduct monthly performance review with the telesales teams selling receivables products for us – Balance Transfer and Cash Treats, reviewing sales performance, understanding the challenges, gathering feedback from telesales agents and always looking at how to further improve the teams’ performance.
  • Plan and map out advertising and promotion budget for receivables campaigns and products.
  • Work closely with branding, legal, compliance, risk, customer engagement, sales and external creative agencies to strategize and develop advertising, communications, promotions, and tactical approaches to yield maximum results.
  • Prepare and present approval paper or memo to the management to come up with new campaigns or initiatives to grow receivables products.
  • Continuously improve new cards activation rate and cards attrition by coming up with early engagement campaigns to encourage activation soonest possible.

Requirement:

  • Prior experience in Banking (preferably in Product Management and Consumer Banking)
  • Academic qualification: Degree in any discipline (preferably in Banking, Finance or Marketing)
  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational and marketing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Preferably with prior experience in writing and presenting management approval paper/memo
  • Keen interest in numbers
  • Enthusiastic, versatile and a willing learner with positive attitude
