Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

2. Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing

Lead the monthly closing process and ensure timely submission of financial reports to headquarters, including variance analysis and key performance metrics.

3. Cash Flow Monitoring

Monitor and manage monthly cash flow to ensure healthy liquidity and optimize working capital.

4. Corporate Tax Compliance

Prepare and file CP204 (estimate of tax payable) and final corporate income tax (CIT) returns in accordance with local tax regulations.

5. Store Documentation Compliance

Oversee and ensure compliance of financial and regulatory documentation related to the opening and closing of retail store locations.

6. Inventory Management Support

Organize and supervise quarterly physical inventory checks at store locations to maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation with accounting records.

7. Year-End Audit Management

Lead the year-end audit process, liaise with external auditors, coordinate documentation requests, and finalize audit adjustments and financial statements.

Liaise with tax agents to ensure proper TP documents are prepared annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related major
• Overall 7+ years of experience (Age below 40) in accounting and reporting
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• Extensive knowledge in corporate income tax
• Good attention to detail, positive attitude, willing to learn
• Fluent in Chinese
• Retail experience and accounting certification will be an advantage
