Key Responsibilities:

1. Job vacancies are available in Klang Valley.
2. Responsible for achieving the sales objectives for a specific medical devices portfolio.
3. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
4. Perform business development, prospecting new accounts, and providing market updates.
5. Deliver the right product uses and applications to healthcare professionals, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
6. Collaborate with other Product Specialists and support staff to increase revenue.
7. Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.
8. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data; interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals.
10. Follow up on payment collections.
11. Provide excellent customer service, build rapport, and engage customers through consultative selling to ensure high satisfaction.
12. Plan work schedules and discuss future targets with the sales team or manager.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. A minimum of 1 year of medical sales experience is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of MS Office is required.
4. Excellent verbal and written English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Strong teamwork and networking abilities.
6. Outstanding presentation skills, with an outgoing and persuasive manner.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven sales track record.
