Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You will also play a critical part in enhancing our employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting thorough interviews and identifying high-potential talent aligned with our values and culture.

Training in behavioral interviewing techniques will be provided to the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and understand job requirements.

Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.

Ensure consistent and positive candidate experiences from initial contact through to onboarding.

Support initiatives to strengthen the hospital’s employer brand.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment agency work.

Familiar with modern sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
