To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets in the company are protected.

To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company’s code of conduct, or other company policies and guidelines.

To administer and enforce IT Security Policies, Procedures, Standards, and Processes across all IT systems and networks.

Compliance with regulatory standards, practices, and guidelines (e.g., ISO27001, PCIDSS, BNM RMiT).

To ensure proper IT system provisioning for the live environment.

Consult on the effectiveness of corrective actions related to audit findings.

Responsible for incident and problem analysis to implement countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.

Conduct security awareness training to promote awareness within the organization.

Support IT audit tasks (Internal and External Audit).

Promote environmental preservation awareness and participate in Aeon environmental activities.

Ensure the adequacy of licenses based on company growth.

Review IT assets, including NDAs, software licenses, and service maintenance agreements, with proper tracking.

Participate in developing and implementing security programs to enhance IT security awareness within the ITG department.

Responsibilities

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001 and requirements from financial authorities (e.g., ISMS, PCIDSS, RMiT) is an advantage.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in IT risk or compliance within service providers, vendors, or financial institutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good report writing skills for progress updates or incident reports.
