Our client – an international consultancy – is seeking a Senior SAP MM Managing Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is remote, but travel will be required, and candidates must be based in Germany.

The company specializes in strategy, architecture, and cutting-edge SAP technologies, providing professionals with opportunities to work on impactful projects with global exposure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage SAP S/4HANA projects related to materials management (MM), ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP MM capabilities to improve business processes.
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and analyze current business processes to incorporate industry best practices.
• Plan and execute fit-gap analyses, develop tailored solutions, and implement process improvements to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with nearshore/offshore teams for smooth project delivery, serving as a primary contact for client project management, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent qualifications or training are also considered.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP MM.
• Deep understanding of materials management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
• Ability to design systems that accommodate unique customer requirements.
• Experience with S/4HANA projects or certifications in S/4HANA are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with customers and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for identifying improvements and optimizing solutions.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Germany.
