Provide reports to the Head of Sales on KPIs, sales, stock, and distributor performance.

Design and implement sales templates and structures to simplify job processes.

Suggest and share sales operation issues with the Head of Sales to align and stabilize the sales process.

Provide sales target incentives and update targets in the system.

Organize and record minutes for sales and marketing meetings and events.

Process and follow up on distributor POs, KPIs, and stock reports.

Communicate with branches, sales teams, and other departments on sales-related activities and progress.

Coordinate and oversee administrative duties within the sales department.

Lead the sales support team to ensure efficient office operations through guidance, training, and mentorship.

Manage office supplies inventory and restock in the sales office premises.

Monitor POs and delivery fulfillment with the teams.

Ensure timely submission of budgeting, expenses, stock counts, and other tasks by all branches and sales teams.

Check and verify branch sales achievements to ensure accurate incentive payouts.

Update monthly physical stock for general trade product distribution.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Statistics, or Accounting.

Over 5 years of experience in FMCG or related industries.

Proficient in Excel is a MUST.

Meticulous with a strong sense of numbers.

Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
