What is your mission?

  • Public Relations Management: As a FDA (Front Desk Ambassador), maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Guide & welcome visitors at the front desk.
  • Events Management: Familiarize yourself with event details and coordinate on-ground activation.
  • Facilities Management: Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities, partnering with relevant experts to ensure a safe and well-maintained office environment.
  • Project Management: Take on additional duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements, scheduling, purchasing, and research.

Who are we looking for?

  • Preferably with experience in hospitality: Front Desk / Reception in hotels, resorts, premium residences, commercial properties, entertainment, malls, spas, retail, event management, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to local Malaysian applicants.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette, a pleasant personality, committed work ethic, and good communication skills in English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
