Job Descriptions:

• Track and ensure timely delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they perform their duties properly and completely.
• Serve as a hub manager as needed.
• Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure they are banked daily.
• Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Preferably a Senior Executive with specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
