Job Descriptions:
- Track and ensure timely delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they perform their duties properly and completely.
- Serve as a hub manager as needed.
- Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure they are banked daily.
- Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
