Senior Project Executive (F&B Construction)

Act as CHAGEE’s representative in liaising with Landlord or Management. Perform hands-on fit-out coordination to ensure smooth outlet development.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works comply with approved designs and CHAGEE's SOP.

Coordinate between internal departments (Business Development, Interior Design, Store Development, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.

Organize and attend project meetings to stay updated on project progress and address any roadblocks with stakeholders.

Conduct comprehensive pre-opening reviews to ensure outlets are ready for opening, aligned with business standards before final sign-off.

Ensure main contractors’ project deliveries meet renovation specifications and quality standards within budget and timeline.

Review renovation specifications from Interior Designers to develop detailed project plans.

Communicate all outlet renovation requirements clearly with stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to assess renovation progress, quality standards, and compliance with outlined requirements.

Review Bill of Quantities and conduct contractor tendering for new outlet renovations.

Perform site inspections with QS to check quality and resolve drawing discrepancies.

Conduct post-project reviews and present findings on completed projects.

Assist with work arrangements and meetings for upcoming projects as needed.

Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Possession of a vehicle and valid driving license is required.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
