Job description

1. Job Scope:

Conduct property inspections (units, common areas, etc.)

Apply and collect letters and documents from the management office

Coordinate with contractors and monitor work progress

Assist in preparing and filing paperwork (quotations, invoices, reports)

Support general administrative duties (data entry, documentation, filing)

Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by the supervisor

Ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately


2. Requirements:

Hardworking and no education level needed

Can communicate english

Possess own transport (motorbike or car)

Able to work independently and responsibly

Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)

Willing to move around for assignments (mainly within De Centrum Mall area)


3. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)

Saturday (9am-1pm)
