Position: Receptionist
Salary: RM 2,000
Work location: KL Sentral

Must-have requirements:
  • Minimum SPM (passed)
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in maintenance management
  • Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer skills
  • Good computing skills (to handle the visitor registration Management System)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Experience handling VIPs
Job Purpose:
  • To answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • To take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are not available
  • To answer general inquiries about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other simple information
  • To assist and welcome all walk-in visitors, determine the nature of their business, and inform appropriate personnel on their arrival
  • To receive, sort, and route incoming mails sent by hand or via courier and maintain records
