Summary
Detailed Description
  • Exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within supplier processes and assist with the development and implementation of these improvement activities.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal customers on product quality concerns and initiate corrective and/or preventive actions.
  • Participate in continual improvement programs and activities to support the achievement of department KPI.
  • Initiate, review and track Supplier Corrective Actions Requests until actions have been implemented and verified as effective.
  • Maintain SQE MRB area.
  • Facilitate and supervise sorting activities for material disposition when applicable.
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and manage the FAIR process.
  • Track, report, and analyze supplier nonconforming material and/or scrap.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, MS Windows operating systems, and SAP.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with the contract manufacturing industry.
Typical Experience

3-5 years of experience in mechanical part commodity, PCB industry.

Typical Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics engineering or related subject.
