  • Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Digital Marketing Management:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Develop a social media content calendar, manage social media channels, and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Optimize SEO strategies for the website and maintain updated, user-friendly web content.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with influencers and KOLs to enhance brand reach.
  • Partnership and Collaboration:
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with complementary brands, corporate partners, and media platforms for cross-promotions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative content, video production, and event planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners for co-branded campaigns or sponsored events.
  • Creative Content Development:
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, brochures, and promotional banners.
  • Develop engaging and creative content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with the design and multimedia team to ensure brand consistency in all visuals.
  • On-Ground Marketing and Events:
  • Plan and execute on-ground promotional activities, including launch events, roadshows, pop-up activations, and brand experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Oversee customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, including ROI analysis, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
