Product & Brand Senior Exe/Asst Manager/Manager

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Principals.

○ Understand local market dynamics and engage with the principal to discuss and align on business strategy.

○ Obtain brand and product updates, including key information, promotions, and marketing materials from the principal.

○ Monitor Annual Purchase Budget vs. Actual Sales, ensuring alignment and growth.

○ Prepare and present Brand Review and Sales Review for the respective brands on a quarterly basis.

2. Product Selection and Collaboration with Purchase Team:

o Responsible for selecting products that align with brand strategy and market demand.

o Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to ensure timely procurement of products and smooth inventory flow.

o Manage the product lifecycle from selection to distribution, focusing on maximizing profitability.

3. Marketing Campaign Implementation:

o Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brands across all points of sale (POS), both online and offline.

o Work closely with the Marketing Team (Digital Team & Designers) to ensure promotional activities align with overall business strategy.

4. Advertising and Promotion:

o Develop and execute advertising campaigns (online and offline) to increase visibility and drive sales.

o Manage budget allocation for promotions, ensuring effective execution and conversion to targets.

5. Product & Brand Training:

o Conduct comprehensive product and brand training for Sales and Customer Service Teams to ensure they are well-equipped to represent the brand and handle customer inquiries.

o Train teams on product knowledge, selling points, and brand positioning.

6. Brand Budget, Costing, and P&L Management:

o Oversee the brand’s budget, ensuring marketing, promotions, and sales activities stay within set limits.

o Manage brand costing and P&L to ensure profitability while maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction.

7. Inventory Management:

o Manage inventory levels for each brand to ensure adequate stock while minimizing overstock or stockouts.

o Collaborate with the Purchasing & Sales Teams for timely replenishment and stock control.

8. Brand Awareness and Online Engagement:

o Drive brand awareness via online platforms and social media channels.

o Collaborate with the E-commerce Team to implement online campaigns, social media content, and influencer engagement to boost visibility.

o Enhance brand value through effective online marketing and strategic partnerships.

9. Sales and Performance Analysis:

o Prepare and present monthly Brand Sales and Performance Reports to management, highlighting insights, opportunities, and action plans.

o Identify opportunities to optimize brand performance.

10. Market & Competitor Analysis:

o Monitor the market and competitors’ strategies, product offerings, and performance regularly.

o Provide detailed analysis to Management to keep the brand competitive and well-positioned.

o Work with the Retail Visual Merchandising (VM) Team to ensure product displays align with brand image and marketing strategies.

o Oversee in-store and online product displays for attractiveness and sales effectiveness.

o Collaborate with Customer Service to address product inquiries, returns, and customer concerns.

13. Collaboration with Culinary Team (If applicable):

o For food, cookware, or culinary brands, work with the culinary team on events and campaigns.

o Assist with product demos, tasting events, and culinary workshops to promote the brand.

14. Buyer & Major Promotion Campaigns:

o Meet with buyers for new product listings and major promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with Key Account or Sales teams.

o Negotiate and plan large-scale promotions and product listings.

15. Recruitment of Brand Demonstrators (If applicable):

○ Work with the Retail VM Team to ensure displays align with brand image.

○ Recruit and manage product demonstrators, especially in electrical and cookware categories, ensuring proper representation.

16. Marketing Support:

○ Support the General Manager - Marketing with various tasks, including campaigns and cross-functional projects.

Key Requirements:

o Minimum 5 years’ experience in product and brand management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

o Proven experience managing brand portfolios, working with Brand Principals, and handling P&L responsibilities.

Skills:

o Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies.

o Experience in inventory management and sales forecasting.

o Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.

o Familiarity with online platforms, social media marketing, and influencer collaborations.
