Job description

• Determine quality improvement parameters.
• Identify statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Manage and control daily quality-related tasks.
• Liaise with customers on all issues pertaining to product quality.
• Responsible for overall product quality to ensure low rejection rates and continuous quality improvement.
• Handle CMM & Smart Scope measurements.
• Carry out any other quality-related tasks and assignments as required.
• Monitor supplier/sub-contractor performance, develop underperforming suppliers, and organize periodic supplier audits.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a quality-related field, managing quality of parts, supplier audits, and improvement activities.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
• Ability to monitor team performance to achieve customer standards and expectations.
• Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, 8D, CMM, and Smart Scope measurement is an added advantage.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
• Good attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
