We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Technical Support Executive to join our team in the flour industry. This role combines sales and technical support, helping customers optimize their product applications while achieving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of flour and specialty flour products to food manufacturers, bakeries, and industrial customers.
2. Provide technical support to customers on product application, baking trials, formulation advice, and troubleshooting.
3. Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical training.
4. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide customized solutions to customer requirements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
6. Gather market intelligence, monitor customer feedback, and identify business opportunities.
7. Prepare sales reports, market updates, and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or food application (experience in flour, baking, or food ingredients is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good technical knowledge of flour functionality, baking processes, and food formulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel frequently across Malaysia to support customers.
