Job Description:
Business Partnering and Contract Management
  • Act as a team member of the Account Relationship Team with the client
  • Interact with various stakeholders including third-party service providers/vendors and key client personnel
  • Manage expenses and debtors
  • Set, review, and monitor financial key performance indicators
  • Resolve system issues
  • Implement process improvements
  • Assist the Finance team with ongoing cost-saving projects, including identification, monitoring, and analysis
Invoice Payments & Billings
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Manage client billings
  • Support and maintain guidelines and manuals related to accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Coordinate timely invoice processing and monitor accounts receivable to ensure proper cash flow management
Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses for clients and corporate requirements; develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for both client and corporate needs
  • Collaborate with local finance teams on profitability, revenue variances, issues, and other requirements
  • Identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities within the account
General Ledger Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit
  • Manage month-end closing processes
  • Ensure proper execution of month-end procedures such as bank reconciliations and GRNV
  • Maintain system controls to ensure transaction integrity
  • Ensure financial reporting is audit-ready and aligned with quality management standards
Reporting:

You will report to the Client Finance Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

Analytical and Meticulous

You will coordinate with various teams, paying close attention to detail and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. You will use logic to troubleshoot problems and monitor financial aspects. A good understanding of working procedures is essential.

Qualifications:
  • University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a relevant field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
  • At least 5 years of experience leading finance functions in a matrix environment, capable of managing complexity and ambiguity
  • Experience in commercial finance with exposure to business partnering
  • Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively
