Job description

1) To supervise the HR & Admin Department at Cambodia and Vietnam factories to ensure strict adherence to group policies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payroll administration, office purchasing, recruitment, documentation compliance, general administration, and performance management.

2) To prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), disseminate instructions, and document best practices effectively.

3) Analyze root causes of issues, propose corrective actions, resolve problems, and pursue continuous improvement and enhancement.

4) Coordinate the interview process and assist with onboarding of new employees.

5) Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, office equipment, and maintenance.

6) Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Requirements:

  1. Positive working attitude.
  2. Demonstrates a strong ability to learn and apply new information rapidly.
  3. Minimum Diploma qualification with excellent English communication skills.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
  5. Opportunity to travel to Phnom Penh and/or Dong Nai for overseas assignments based on performance.
  6. Compensation package will be offered based on working experience, job scope, and professional qualifications.

Our company, a manufacturer of baby garments for international brands, has grown significantly from a small enterprise to a large-scale operation with over 3,000 employees in Cambodia and Vietnam. Our headquarters is located in Skudai, Johor.

We previously operated as Bakawali Sdn Bhd, rebranded to Nyan Kids (M) Sdn Bhd in 2009, aligning with our business restructuring. Since then, we have shifted manufacturing overseas to factories in Cambodia (Phnom Penh) and Vietnam (Dong Nai), with our management office in Taman Universiti, Johor, providing oversight and management services.

Our factories produce final baby clothing for export to markets including America, Europe, and Australia.
