Ensure the successful delivery of a project in terms of quality, time, and cost.

Evaluate design specifications and shop drawings for approval or recommend changes where necessary.

Resolve construction-related issues and mitigate potential project risks.

Establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

Ensure contractors NSC and DSC meet all contractual conditions for performance.

Meet high-quality standards in construction programmes in accordance with project requirements and specifications.

Formulate, execute, and clear all inspection events (Inspection Test Plans - ITP) and advise Consultants, Clients, and Project Managers (HOP) to eliminate latent and patent defects.

Liaise with authorities for construction and obtain necessary approvals.

Be in charge of the new Batang Kali Store project.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in managing high-valued construction projects.

Proven experience in equipment procurement, maintenance, and store management.

Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadlines.

Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
