Responsibilities:

  • You interact with our cross-functional Marketing teams to provide detailed quantitative analyses that will drive and inform strategic decisions.
  • You leverage your experience to develop an in-depth analytical understanding of what drives business growth and how it can be improved.
  • You consult and advise key stakeholders and management on Marketing strategy and growth opportunities.
  • You promote a data-driven mindset across the whole Marketing organization, ensuring data is central to decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar Marketing analytics or data science roles.
  • Expertise in processing and evaluating big data sets using tools like SQL, R, Python, Tableau, etc.
  • Deep understanding of funnel analytics, customer segmentation, lifetime value modeling, lifecycle analysis, and budget optimization.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-experts, both visually and verbally.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to identify actionable insights.
  • Creative, organized, and self-motivated, with a passion for impacting the business.

Nice to have:

  • Experience empowering stakeholders with self-service analytics and increasing data fluency.
  • Experience in SaaS or Freemium product environments.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and dbt.
  • Experience with Lifecycle tools like HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce, etc.
