Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks as well as handle personal errands.
  • Summarize and highlight document contents for the MD.
  • Translate documents from English to Mandarin.
  • Manage filing systematically and effectively, both in hard and soft copies.
  • Act as a communication bridge, working closely with the Design and Production Departments under his care.
  • Promptly inform about upcoming work deadlines and follow up.
  • Assist the Design and Production teams with research and administrative support as required.
Job Requirements
  • Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory, with additional skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Private Secretary Certificate (PSC), Diploma in Executive Secretaryship (DES), Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with over 2 years of experience working with senior management.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and respond promptly.
  • Good work ethics and adaptability to any working environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
