About the role

Reko Heights Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in Kajang, Selangor. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing
  1. Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including tendering, operations, and Human Resources to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  5. Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed.
  6. Participate in the implementation of financial systems and procedures.
  7. Investigate and resolve any accounting-related issues or discrepancies.
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or accounts officer role.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software SQL and MS Office applications.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numerical data.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
